Start with a 30-minute virtual consultation. We explore your story, your goals, and whether we're the right fit.

02 Design

Together we shape a 12-week protocol specific to you — nutrition, movement, sleep, stress

03 Practice

We meet every other week on Zoom. Between sessions, you have 2 text questions per week — anytime you need a nudge.

04 Integration

By week twelve, the new way of living is no longer a plan. It's simply who you are.
